AI reads the messages, photos and PDFs you receive, works out which job they belong to, and gathers them into projects. LINE comes in when you add the account as a friend, email when you forward it, and text messages when you paste them or use a shortcut. temabee only asks “Which project is this?” when it isn’t sure. It also reads handwritten product codes and trade words.
Photos you take go into the right project by where and when they were taken. Schedules go into the iPhone calendar too, with the travel time from the previous site and the time to leave added automatically. The stage of the work (to do, in progress, done) is clear at a glance.
Ask “What’s the wallpaper code for room 101?” or “What time should I leave today?” and temabee answers from what it has collected, and reads the answer aloud. It works even when your hands are full. Confidential details such as key codes can be kept where only you can open them.
